[摘 要]目的 研究上颌埋伏阻生牙患者采取口腔正畸辅助治疗的效果。方法 选取我院2019年1月-2024年1月接诊的60例上颌埋伏阻生牙患者作为研究对象，按随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组行手术导萌治疗，观察组在对照组基础上行口腔正畸辅助治疗，比较两组临床疗效、美观度、疼痛程度、生活质量。结果 观察组总有效率为96.67%，高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后PES评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组生活质量各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针对上颌埋伏阻生牙，在外科手术治疗同时予以口腔正畸治疗有利于改善口腔美观性，减轻患者疼痛情况，提高患者生活质量，临床应用效果较好。
