[摘 要]目的 探究在前牙微创美容修复中应用超薄瓷贴面的效果。方法 选取2022年7月-2023年6月于我院口腔科行前牙微创美容修复的80例患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组应用常规树脂贴面修复，观察组应用超薄瓷贴面修复，比较两组修复成功率、满意度、生活质量及并发症发生率。结果 观察组修复成功率为97.50%，低于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)；观察组美容效果满意度评分及修复效果满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组修复后心理功能、生理功能、社会功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为2.50%，低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论 超薄瓷贴面在前牙微创美容修复中的应用效果确切，可有效提升牙体修复成功率，患者对美容效果及修复效果均较为满意，有利于维持牙周健康，改善生活质量，且修复后并发症发生几率较低。
