[摘 要]目的 分析微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的效果，以及对患者牙齿凸距、倾角差异、磨牙位移情况的影响。方法 选取2019年1月-2021年1月本院就诊的60例口腔正畸治疗患者，随机分为常规组和试验组，每组30例。常规组使用传统支抗，试验组使用微型种植体支抗，比较两组口腔修复指标、满意度及牙周探诊指数。结果 试验组上中切牙倾角度、上中切牙凸距差、磨牙位移值优于常规组(P<0.05)；试验组满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)；试验组牙周探诊深度低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 在口腔正畸治疗中使用微型种植体支抗治疗可改善上中切牙倾斜角、上中切牙突距、磨牙后移情况及牙周探诊深度，且患者满意度较高。
