[摘 要]目的 研究固定矫治技术联合铸瓷贴面对口腔美容修复患者牙周状况及美容效果的影响。方法 选择2023年3月-2024年3月淄博市淄川区医院收治的口腔美容修复患者72例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组36例。对照组予以固定矫治技术联合烤瓷全冠修复，观察组予以固定矫治技术联合铸瓷贴面，比较两组美学效果评分、牙周指标及并发症发生率。结果 观察组治疗后颜色、形态、半透明程度、边缘美观评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后PD、BI、AL、PLI低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 固定矫治技术与铸瓷贴面在口腔美容修复患者中的效果确切，可提升牙齿美观度，改善牙周健康状况，降低并发症发生率。
