[摘 要]目的 探究微创拔牙结合牙龈成形术在义齿美观修复中的应用。方法 选取2023年1月-12月于滕州市中心人民医院行义齿美观修复的98例患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=49)和研究组(n=49)。对照组行常规拔牙术治疗，研究组行微创拔牙结合牙龈成形术治疗，比较两组牙龈缘形态变化情况、美观效果、种植牙稳固情况、炎症反应、牙周情况指标、满意度。结果 研究组牙龈缘形态变化情况优于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组术后4个月PES评分、ISQ评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组术后4个月CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组术后4个月探诊深度、菌斑指数评分、出血指数均低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组满意度(97.96%)优于对照组(83.67%)(P<0.05)。结论 义齿美观修复患者经过微创拔牙结合牙龈成形术治疗，其牙龈缘形态变化情况、美观效果、种植牙稳固情况、炎症反应、牙周情况指标均得到有效改善，且满意程度较高。
