[摘 要]目的 研究儿童错牙合畸形治疗中应用无托槽隐形矫治的效果，分析治疗后患者的牙周健康指数以及疗效情况。方法 选取2020年11月-2023年11月昆山牙博士口腔门诊部100例儿童错牙合畸形治疗患者，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组50例。对照组给予传统固定矫治，研究组给予无托槽隐形矫治，比较两组临床疗效、牙周健康指数、临床指标、并发症发生率。结果 研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组治疗后牙周指数低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组复诊次数低于对照组，错位牙矫正及扭转牙矫正时间短于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 无托槽隐形矫治疗效及安全性高，可以有效改善牙周健康指数，加快疾病恢复进程。
