[摘 要]目的 分析慢性创面治疗中负压封闭引流技术(VSD)联合重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)外用溶液冲洗的应用价值。方法 选取肇庆市第一人民医院2020年5月-2022年12月收治的100例慢性创面患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各50例。对照组予以VSD联合生理盐水冲洗治疗，观察组予以VSD联合rhEGF溶液冲洗治疗，比较两组临床疗效及创面恢复情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%，高于对照组的72.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组创面愈合率高于对照组，创面缩小长度、肉芽完全覆盖创面时间均优于对照组，VAS及VSS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VSD联合rhEGF溶液冲洗方案治疗慢性创面整体效果较为理想，有利于促进创面组织修复，且患者疼痛感较轻，应用价值较高。
