[摘 要]目的 探究在手背深度烧伤手术植皮中应用预见性护理的效果。方法 选取2023年6月-2024年5月安徽医科大学第一附属医院收治的70例手背深度烧伤患者为研究对象，患者均接受手术植皮治疗。按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和试验组，每组35例。对照组予以常规护理，试验组予以预见性护理，比较两组植皮成功率、皮片下血肿面积、手部瘢痕指数、手指关节活动度及护理满意度。结果 试验组植皮成功率为(96.25±2.15)%，高于对照组的(81.22±6.32)%(P<0.05)；试验组皮片下血肿面积为(2.85±1.20)cm2，小于对照组的(6.35±1.02)cm2(P<0.05)；试验组手部瘢痕指数低于对照组，手指关节活动度大于对照组(P<0.05)；试验组护理后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；试验组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 预见性护理在手背深度烧伤手术植皮中的效果良好，可提高植皮成功率，促进患者恢复，改善手指功能，减轻疼痛，且患者对护理满意度较高。
