[摘 要]目的 探究在先天性上睑下垂患者中应用预防性护理措施的效果及对术后角膜炎发生情况的影响。方法 选择2021年9月-2023年9月我院眼科收治的58例先天性上睑下垂患者为研究对象，随机分为参照组和干预组，每组29例。参照组实施常规护理措施，干预组在参照组基础上实施预防性护理措施，比较两组术后角膜炎发生情况、眼睑状况、治疗效果、生活质量及护理满意度。结果 干预组角膜炎发生率为3.45%，低于参照组的24.14%(P<0.05)；干预组眼睑高度及眼睑外观评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)；干预组治疗总有效率为96.55%，高于参照组的79.31%(P<0.05)；干预组生活质量各维度评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)；干预组护理满意度为96.55%，高于参照组的72.41%(P<0.05)。结论 先天性上睑下垂术后角膜炎的发生与多种因素有关，实施预防性护理措施可有效降低角膜炎发生率，提高护理满意度，有利于改善患者的生活质量。
