[摘 要]目的 分析基于自护行为研究的护理干预对寻常型银屑病患者诊疗效果及心理状况、生活质量的影响。方法 选择2021年6月-2022年9月我院收治的80例寻常型银屑病患者，随机分为常规组和观察组，各40例。常规组予以常规护理干预，观察组予以基于自护行为研究的护理干预，比较两组护理有效率、不良情绪及生活质量。结果 观察组护理总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)；观察组护理后HAMA、HAMD评分均低于常规组，SF-36评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 对寻常型银屑病患者开展基于自护行为研究的护理干预可改善皮损情况，并减轻患者不良情绪，提升生活质量。
