[摘 要]目的 分析在正畸患者中口腔卫生宣教与家庭护理的应用效果。方法 选择2023年5月-2024年1月我院接收的60例口腔正畸患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和试验组，每组30例。对照组给予常规护理，试验组给予口腔卫生宣教与家庭护理，比较两组菌斑指数、牙龈指数、口腔疾病发生率和护理满意度。结果 试验组菌斑指数和牙龈指数均低于对照组(P<0.05)；试验组口腔疾病发生率为6.67%，低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05)；试验组护理满意度为96.67%，高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05)。结论 在口腔正畸患者中实施口腔卫生宣教联合家庭护理的效果较为理想，有利于保证患者口腔健康，减少口腔疾病的发生率，患者满意度高。
