[摘 要] 着色牙会对面容的美观产生负面影响，冷光美白作为一种保守改善牙齿颜色的技术，较为广泛地应用于临床，可改善生理性黄牙、氟斑牙与四环素牙的颜色。本文从着色牙发生机制及冷光美白的有效性与安全性出发，就该技术的治疗效果以及对牙髓、软组织、牙体硬组织的影响作一综述，以期为临床该技术的合理使用提供一定参考。
