     [摘 要] 线粒体碎片化是一个涉及多种调节机制的复杂过程,它受到多种蛋白协同调节,包括线粒体融合蛋白、线粒体分裂蛋白以及一些其他蛋白如MITO-PLD、MIRO-1、MCU等。同时线粒体碎片化在急性创伤修复中扮演着重要角色,在急性机械性损伤、烧伤中都可发现线粒体功能受损和碎片化现象。本文深入探讨了线粒体碎片化在皮肤创伤修复过程中的调节机制,并阐明其在创面修复中的关键作用,以期为创伤治疗方法的创新和发展提供新的思路和理论支持。

    Progress in Mitochondrial Fragmentation and Skin Wound Repair

    [Abstract] Mitochondrial fragmentation is a complex process involving multiple regulatory mechanisms. It is regulated by a variety of proteins, including mitochondrial fusion proteins, mitochondrial fission proteins and some other proteins such as MITOPLD, MIRO-1, MCU and so on. At the same time, mitochondrial fragmentation plays an important role in acute trauma repair. Mitochondrial dysfunction and fragmentation can be found in acute mechanical injury and burns. In this paper, the regulatory mechanism of mitochondrial fragmentation in the process of skin wound repair is discussed, and its key role in wound repair is elucidated ......
