[摘 要] 由于后牙长期缺失，对颌牙伸长，导致缺失牙垂直修复空间不足，影响种植修复。以往的方法往往通过不可逆的有创方法调磨对颌伸长磨牙或者根管治疗后冠修复，从而恢复缺失牙垂直修复空间。随着人们生活水平提高，以及人口老龄化的情况，种植患者逐年增多，因此种植前成年患者压低伸长磨牙的需求也逐年增加，越来越多的患者也开始寻求相对无创的、高效的压低方法。近年来随着正畸技术的发展，因微种植体支抗压低磨牙的方法具有相对无创、安全等优点，在临床中应用越来越广泛。本文将对正畸辅助压低伸长磨牙的常用方法、压低疗效、压低后保持等方面进行综述总结，为临床医生提供参考，从而根据患者具体情况选择合适的压低方案。
