[摘 要] 病理性瘢痕是因机体对外伤产生异常应答而形成，其在生长期会产生瘙痒、疼痛等不适，在成熟期会因其生长位置不同而对患者生活质量造成不同程度的影响。因此，如何治疗病理性瘢痕是一个亟待解决的问题。目前已证实多种治疗手段联合CO2点阵激光对此类患者的疗效确切，且可以降低并发症发生率，对此，本文对CO2点阵激光联合治疗在病理性瘢痕患者中的研究进展作一综述，旨在为临床治疗提供理论支持。
