[摘 要]目的 探讨对面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者应用超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光联合黄金微针射频治疗的效果。方法 选择2022年1月-2023年2月我院收治的70例面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为常规组和试验组，各35例。常规组应用黄金微针射频治疗，试验组应用超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光联合黄金微针射频治疗，比较两组痤疮瘢痕评分、预后康复时间及美观满意度。结果 试验组治疗后痤疮瘢痕评分低于常规组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组红肿持续时间、愈合时间及休工时间均短于常规组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组美观满意度为97.14%，高于常规组的74.29%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光联合黄金微针射频治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的临床效果良好，可实现对痤疮瘢痕的有效修复，患者预后康复速度较快，可达到患者的修复预期，值得临床应用。
