[摘 要]目的 分析黄褐斑患者应用长脉宽1064 nm Nd：YAG激光治疗的效果。方法 选择 2022年1月-12月我院收治的40例黄褐斑患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为试验组与参照组，各20例。参照组予以左旋维生素C导入治疗，试验组予以长脉宽1064 nm Nd：YAG激光治疗后即刻使用左旋维C导入治疗，比较两组临床疗效与并发症发生率。结果 试验组治疗总有效率为100.00%，高于参照组的55.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组并发症发生率为15.00%，低于参照组的45.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对黄褐斑患者实施长脉宽1064 nm Nd：YAG激光治疗能够提高治疗效果，降低并发症发生率。
