[摘 要]目的 探究会阴侧切切口缝合中应用皮下美容缝合法的效果。方法 选取2022年2月-2023年11月我院收治的510例会阴侧切产妇，随机分为参照组、试验组，各255例。参照组行会阴外缝合，试验组行皮下美容缝合法。比较两组手术情况、肿胀情况、疼痛程度及愈合情况。结果 试验组缝合时间短于参照组，出血量少于参照组，切口感染率、中重度肿胀率、中重度疼痛率低于参照组，愈合优良率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 会阴侧切切口缝合中应用皮下美容缝合法的效果较好，可缩短缝合时间，减少出血量，减轻肿胀及疼痛程度，促进伤口愈合。
