[摘 要]目的 探讨光固化复合树脂修复治疗方式应用于口腔美容修复治疗的临床效果。方法 选择2022年1月-2023年2月于我院接受口腔美容修复的60例患者作为研究对象，根据损伤类型分为氟斑牙组和牙体畸形组，各30例。两组均采用光固化复合树脂进行修复治疗，比较两组修复效果、修复满意度、不良反应发生情况。结果 氟斑牙组修复有效率为96.67%，高于牙体畸形组的83.33%(P<0.05)；氟斑牙组的满意度为90.00%，高于牙体畸形组的83.33%(P<0.05)；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 口腔美容修复治疗中光固化复合树脂修复效果确切，相对于牙体畸形而言对氟斑牙的修复效果更好，能够更好地满足患者对口腔美容修复的要求，是一种有效且安全的修复方式，值得应用。
