[摘 要]目的 分析口腔美容修复患者实施固定矫治技术联合铸瓷贴面治疗的效果。方法 选择2020年1月-2023年12月我院收治的40例口腔美容修复患者为研究对象，随机分为参照组与试验组，各20例。参照组接受常规烤瓷冠治疗，试验组接受固定矫治技术联合铸瓷贴面治疗，比较两组牙周状况、牙齿美观度、并发症发生情况。结果 试验组治疗后牙周袋、牙龈出血指数、牙周炎、菌斑指数低于参照组(P<0.05)；试验组治疗后颜色、形态、边缘美观、半透明程度评分高于参照组(P<0.05)；试验组并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 在口腔美容修复患者中实施固定矫治技术联合铸瓷贴面治疗有助于改善其牙周状况，也能提升其美容效果，降低并发症发生率。
