[摘 要]目的 分析在口腔修复治疗中应用新型牙体预备的效果。方法 选取2022年4月-2023年12月于我院行口腔修复的60例患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组30例。对照组接受传统牙体预备，研究组接受新型牙体预备，比较两组修复效果、修复体长期稳定性、满意度及并发症发生情况。结果 研究组疼痛程度评分低于对照组，修复体稳固性、修复体美观度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组修复体长期稳定占比为96.67%，高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)；研究组满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组并发症发生率为3.33%，低于对照组的10.00%(P<0.05)。结论 新型牙体预备方法在口腔修复治疗中的应用效果确切，可有效缓解疼痛，提高牙齿美观度及稳固性，有利于提升修复体长期稳定性，且术后并发症发生几率较低，患者满意度较高。
