[摘 要]目的 分析对颌面间隙感染患者实施综合护理的效果及对张口受限的影响。方法 选取2022年7月-2023年9月我院收治的98例颌面间隙感染患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各49例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用综合护理，比较两组心理状态、自我效能、张口度恢复效果、OHIP-14评分。结果 观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组护理后GSES评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组张口度恢复总有效率为95.92%，高于对照组的83.67%(P<0.05)；观察组护理后OHIP-14评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对于颌面间隙感染患者，综合护理能改善其心理状态与自我效能，提升张口度恢复效果，促进口腔健康，进而提高患者生活质量。
