[摘 要]目的 探讨在小儿美容缝合手术中应用综合护理干预对美容效果的影响。方法 选择2023年5月-2024年2月于我院接受美容缝合手术的60例患儿为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为常规组和试验组，各30例。所有患儿均接受美容缝合手术，常规组应用常规护理措施，试验组应用综合护理服务模式，比较两组伤口愈合效果、伤口愈合时间、瘢痕情况、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果 试验组伤口愈合总有效率为96.67%，高于常规组的80.00%(P<0.05)；试验组伤口愈合时间短于常规组(P<0.05)；试验组VSS评分低于常规组(P<0.05)；试验组并发症发生率为6.67%，低于常规组10.00%(P<0.05)；试验组护理满意度为100.00%，高于常规组的76.67%(P<0.05)。结论 在小儿美容缝合术后应用综合护理措施能够提升整体美容效果，促进伤口愈合，同时可有效预防瘢痕遗留，有利于降低并发症发生风险，提高护理满意度。
