[摘 要] 牙体预备是指在理论指导下对牙体硬组织进行精确并且不可逆转的切割，是口腔修复临床实践中常见的关键步骤之一。牙体的精准化预备，在固定义齿的修复中特别重要，预备体的质量直接关系到修复体的质量及其保存时间，对修复体的远期效果以及成功率具有重要意义。如今，随着数字化技术的发展，备牙方式也越来越先进，预备的越来越精准，从而使得牙体组织的保留率也有所提高。备牙的方式不同，牙体组织的存留率也不同。基于此，本文回顾相关文献，对不同备牙方式应用于口腔固定修复进行综述，以期为临床医生进行牙体预备提供参考和指导。
