[摘 要]目的 比较微创超薄贴面与全瓷贴面修复前牙间隙的美学效果。方法 选择2022年1月-2023年1月于本院进行前牙间隙修复的60例患者为研究对象，采取随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30，患牙50颗)和观察组(n=30，患牙54颗)。对照组采用全瓷贴面修复，观察组采用微创超薄贴面修复，比较两组修复效果、牙体美观度评分及患牙并发症发生情况。结果 观察组修复效果A级占比高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组修复1年后牙体质地、颜色、唇侧龈缘水平、软组织形态、牙槽外形美观度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患牙并发症发生率为9.26%，低于对照组的28.00%(P<0.05)。结论 微创超薄贴面在前牙间隙修复中的修复效果和美学效果均优于全瓷贴面，且并发症发生率更低，值得临床应用。
