[摘 要]目的 探究牙周修复联合治疗对前牙残根残冠修复美学效果的影响。方法 选取黔西南州中医院2022年1月-2023年12月收治的88例前牙残根残冠患者作为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组44例。对照组应用玻璃纤维桩修复术治疗，观察组应用牙冠延长术联合玻璃纤维桩修复术治疗，比较两组美学效果、牙周指标、不良事件发生率。结果 观察组PES、WES评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组PD、AL、SBI指标低于对照组，咀嚼效率高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率为4.55%，低于对照组的18.18%(P<0.05)。结论 牙周修复联合治疗对前牙残根残冠修复效果确切，可有效提升患者牙齿美观性，维护其牙周健康，且安全性较高。
