[摘 要]目的 探讨在前牙残根残冠患者中应用牙冠延长术联合玻璃纤维桩修复术的效果。方法 选取湘南学院附属医院口腔科2023年1月-12月收治的60例前牙残根残冠患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组30例(患牙35颗)和观察组30例(患牙36颗)。对照组采用玻璃纤维桩修复术治疗，观察组采用牙冠延长术联合玻璃纤维桩修复术治疗，比较两组修复成功率、美学效果、咀嚼功能及炎症因子水平。结果观察组修复成功率为97.22%，高于对照组的82.86%(P<0.05)；两组治疗后PES评分、WES评分均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)；两组治疗后咀嚼效率、咬合力均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)；两组治疗后PGE2、MMP2、CAM1均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 牙冠延长术联合玻璃纤维桩修复术在前牙残根残冠患者中的应用效果确切，可提升修复成功率及美学效果，有利于降低炎症因子水平，改善患者的咀嚼功能及咬合度。
