[摘 要]目的 比较在前牙美容修复中应用铸瓷贴面与超薄瓷贴面的效果。方法 选择2022年6月1日-2023年5月31日于本院行前牙美容修复的48例患者为研究对象，随机分为A组24例(患牙41颗)和B组24例(患牙29颗)。A组行铸瓷贴面修复，B组行超薄瓷贴面修复，比较两组牙周健康状况、修复满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果 B组治疗后PLI、SBI高于A组，GI、PD低于A组(P<0.05)；两组修复满意度评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；B组不良反应发生率为6.90%，低于A组的34.15%(P<0.05)。结论 铸瓷贴面与超薄瓷贴面在前牙美容修复中均展现出了良好的修复效果，修复满意度均较高，但超薄瓷贴面修复后不良反应发生率更低，应用安全性更高。
