[摘 要]目的 分析固定矫治器与牙合垫式矫治器在乳前牙反牙合矫治中的效果。方法 选取2022年3月-2023年3月我院治疗的52例乳前牙反牙合患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各组26例。对照组采用牙合垫式矫治器，观察组采用固定矫治器治疗，比较两组临床疗效、治疗疗程、咬合指标、牙角和软组织变化情况、矫治满意度。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.15%，高于对照组的80.77%(P<0.05)；观察组治疗疗程短于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后覆盖OJ值、覆颌OB值小于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后SNA角大于对照组，ANB角、L1-SN角、L1-MP均小于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组矫治满意度为100.00%，高于对照组的84.62%(P<0.05)。结论 固定矫治器治疗可提高乳前牙反牙合矫治效果，改善咬合关系，促进牙角改善、软组织覆盖，且可提高矫治满意度，值得临床应用。
