[摘 要]目的 探讨丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮疾病治疗中应用光电协同技术联合果酸的效果。方法 选择2022年2月-2023年5月青岛壹美天成整形美容医院收治的70例丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮患者，应用随机数字表法分为常规组和试验组，每组35例。常规组应用光电协同技术进行治疗，试验组在常规组基础上应用果酸进行治疗。比较两组临床疗效、皮肤美观度、不良反应发生率及患者满意度。结果 试验组治疗总有效率为97.14%，高于常规组的77.14%(P<0.05)；试验组皮肤美观度各个维度评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)；两组各不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；试验组满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮治疗中结合应用光电协同技术和果酸的效果良好，可改善皮肤状况，提升患者满意度，且不增加不良反应发生几率。
