[摘 要]目的 探究在慢性创面患者中应用二氧化碳点阵激光治疗的效果。方法 选取泰兴市中医院皮肤性病科2021年9月-2024年2月收治的90例慢性创面患者为研究对象，根据治疗方法不同分为参照组和试验组，各45例。参照组采用外用重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗，试验组在参照组基础上联合二氧化碳点阵激光治疗，比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、创面肉芽情况、不良反应发生情况。结果 试验组总有效率为95.56%，高于参照组的80.00%(P<0.05)；试验组疼痛度低于参照组(P<0.05)；试验组治疗7、14、28 d后创面肉芽的色泽、质地评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)；试验组不良反应发生率为4.44%，低于参照组的6.67%，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在慢性创面患者中应用二氧化碳点阵激光治疗的效果确切，能促进创面肉芽生长，且不会增加不良反应发生率，值得临床应用。
