调Q1064nm激光与M22超光子技术在黄褐斑患者中的应用效果比较

[摘 要]目的 比较调Q 1064 nm激光与M22超光子技术治疗黄褐斑的效果。方法 选取2020年8月-2022年8月南京秀可儿医疗美容诊所收治的90例黄褐斑患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各45例。对照组应用调Q 1064 nm激光治疗,研究组应用M22超光子技术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、VISIA皮肤图像分析结果、皮肤性质检测结果及治疗时间。结果 两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后色素斑、皱纹、纹理、毛孔及紫质评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后pH值、水分、弹性、油脂检测结果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗起效时间、总治疗时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 M22超光子技术和调Q 1064 nm激光技术治疗黄褐斑均可获得理想的效果,治疗疗程无明显差异,但M22超光子技术改善肤质的效果更佳,有利于促进皮损恢复。[关键词] 面部黄褐斑;调Q 1064 nm激光;M22超光子技术
