[摘 要]目的 分析口腔种植术后并发口腔感染的影响因素。方法 回顾性分析2023年4月-2024年4月张尧生医院管理有限公司就诊的行口腔种植术的78例牙列缺损患者临床资料，其中以术后并发口腔感染的33例患者作为感染组，以种植术成功未感染者45例作为未感染组。通过单因素及多因素分析口腔种植术后并发感染的因素。结果 单因素分析显示，两组吸烟嗜好、糖尿病、牙周病史、修复体材质比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；而两组年龄、缺牙时间、缺牙颗数、种植位置、种植体长度和种植体直径比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多因素分析显示，有吸烟嗜好、患糖尿病、有牙周病史是口腔种植术后并发感染的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 口腔种植术后患者发生感染几率较高，且与糖尿病、有牙周病史、有吸烟嗜好密切相关，临床应针对这些影响因素做好干预措施，以降低术后感染发生几率。
