[摘 要]目的 研究对口腔颌面部外伤软组织缺损行即刻整形修复的效果。方法 选择2020年1月-2023年6月我院收治的80例口腔颌面部外伤性软组织缺损患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组40例。对照组实施常规外科手术治疗，观察组实施即刻整形修复治疗，比较两组手术相关指标、口腔功能、美观度及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组干预后咬合、口腔闭合功能、张口度、语言表达、咀嚼功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组干预后手术位置瘢痕厚度、顺应度、平整度、柔软度、颜色、色泽评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为5.00%，低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论 采用即刻整形修复技术治疗口腔颌面部外伤性软组织缺损效果较佳，有利于可改善患者口腔功能，提高术后美观度，且并发症发生几率较低。
