[摘 要]目的 探讨皮肤透光显微镜(皮肤镜)在皮肤红斑性疾病诊断中的价值。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年6月于开阳县中西医结合医院就诊的121例皮肤红斑性疾病患者为研究对象，均采用肉眼观察及皮肤镜检查，以肉眼观察为对照组，皮肤镜检查为观察组，比较两组皮肤红斑性疾病的检出率及检查时间。结果 观察组银屑病、过敏性皮炎、外源性光感性皮炎、多形红斑的检出率为100.00%、100.00%、100.00%、87.50%，高于对照组的70.59%、60.00%、30.00%、25.00%(χ2=5.862、8.000、10.769、6.349，P=0.015、0.005、0.007、0.012)；观察组检查时间为(5.56±0.78)min，低于对照组的(5.61±0.81)min，但差异无统计学意义(t=0.489，P=0.625)。结论 皮肤镜在皮肤红斑性疾病诊断中的价值确切，能提高疾病检出率，且检查时间与肉眼观察相当，值得临床应用。
