[摘 要]目的 探讨含银敷料联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在深Ⅱ度烧伤创面治疗中的效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年12月邯郸邯钢医院烧伤整形科收治的100例深Ⅱ度烧伤创面患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组，各50例。对照组给予重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗，研究组给予含银敷料联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗，比较两组VEGF水平、临床疗效、疼痛评分、瘢痕评分、色素沉着率、炎症因子水平。结果 研究组治疗后VEGF水平低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组治疗总有效率为92.00%，高于对照组的78.00%(P<0.05)；研究组疼痛评分、瘢痕评分、色素沉着率均低于对照组(P<0.05)；两组治疗后IL-6、TNF-α均低于治疗前，且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 含银敷料联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在深Ⅱ度烧伤创面治疗中的效果确切，能改善VEGF水平，减轻患者换药的疼痛感，改善瘢痕情况，降低炎性因子水平，有利于创面恢复，值得临床应用。
