[摘 要]目的 探究牙冠延长术联合纤维桩核冠修复治疗牙体缺损的效果及对牙周指数的影响。方法 选取西宁市第一人民医院2021年1月-2023年1月收治的60例牙体缺损患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组采用牙龈切除术联合纤维桩核冠修复，观察组采用牙冠延长术联合纤维桩核冠修复，比较两组临床疗效、牙周指标、炎性因子水平、不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%，高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)；观察组牙周袋深度、牙龈指数、出血指数、菌斑指数优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组IL-1β、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率为0，低于对照组的13.33%(P<0.05)。结论 牙冠延长术联合纤维桩核冠修复治疗牙体缺损的效果确切，能有效改善患者牙周指标，降低炎性因子水平，降低不良反应发生率，值得临床应用。
