[摘 要]目的 探讨针对牙列缺损患者实施口腔种植牙修复的效果。方法 选取2023年2月-2024年2月于莱西市南墅中心卫生院进行牙列缺损治疗的98例患者，依据随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组，每组49例。参照组行常规义齿修复，研究组行口腔种植牙修复，比较两组治疗效果、咀嚼功能、不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组总有效率为95.92%，高于参照组的81.63%(P<0.05)；研究组治疗后咬合力、咀嚼效率高于参照组，咬合平衡度低于参照组(P<0.05)；研究组不良反应发生率为2.04%，低于参照组的14.29%(P<0.05)。结论 在牙列缺损治疗中，口腔种植牙修复疗效确切，可改善患者咀嚼功能，减少不良反应，值得临床应用。
