[摘 要]目的 分析在烧伤整形患者中应用健康教育及心理护理的效果。方法 选取2022年5月-2024年5月我院收治的94例烧伤整形患者为研究对象，随机分为参照组和试验组，每组47例。参照组采用常规护理，试验组在参照组基础上开展健康教育及心理护理，比较两组心理状况、生活质量、疼痛程度、健康知识掌握程度及护理满意度。结果 试验组护理后SAS、SDS评分均低于参照组(P<0.05)；试验组护理后生活质量各维度评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)；试验组护理后VAS评分低于参照组(P<0.05)；试验组护理后健康知识掌握程度评分高于参照组(P<0.05)；试验组护理满意度为97.87%，高于参照组的85.11%(P<0.05)。结论 健康教育及心理护理在烧伤整形患者中应用效果确切，可有效调节其负面情绪，改善生活质量，有利于缓解疼痛，提高患者的健康认知水平，对于提升护理满意度具有积极意义。
