[摘 要]目的 探究口腔正畸联合修复在牙列缺损合并牙颌畸形治疗中的应用价值。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年2月我院收治的96例牙列缺损合并牙颌畸形患者为研究对象，以治疗方案不同分为A组和B组，各48例。A组实施修复治疗，B组实施口腔正畸联合修复治疗，比较两组修复体稳定性、牙齿咬合力、骨吸收量及治疗满意度。结果 B组修复后3、6个月及修复后1年修复体缺损率、修复体松动率均低于A组(P<0.05)；B组修复后3、6个月及修复后1年牙齿咬合力水平均高于A组(P<0.05)；B组骨吸收量小于A组(P<0.05)；B组治疗满意度为97.92%，高于A组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论 口腔正畸联合修复在牙列缺损合并牙颌畸形治疗中的应用效果确切，可提升修复体稳定性，改善患者牙齿咬合力，减少骨吸收量，有利于提升患者满意度。
