[摘 要]目的 比较在中下面部吸脂术静脉麻醉中应用阿芬太尼与舒芬太尼的效果。方法 选取2022年4月-2024年4月于西安雁塔强森星童医院行中下面部吸脂术的60例患者为研究对象，依据麻醉方案不同分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组予以舒芬太尼麻醉，观察组予以阿芬太尼麻醉，比较两组生命体征波动、麻醉情况及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组T2、T3、T4、T5时刻平均动脉压均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组T2、T3、T4、T5时刻心率均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组依托咪酯使用剂量低于对照组，麻醉起效时间、患者意识恢复时间及清醒时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为13.33%，低于对照组的36.67%(P<0.05)。结论 在中下面部吸脂术静脉麻醉中应用阿芬太尼与舒芬太尼均可取得一定的麻醉效果，但阿芬太尼的整体麻醉效果及安全性优于舒芬太尼，有利于维持患者生命体征稳定。
