[摘 要]目的 探讨鼻翼软骨移植对鼻尖肥大整形术患者术后塑形效果及鼻部生理功能的影响。方法 选取2022年9月-2023年11月西安熙沐医疗美容门诊部收治的82例鼻尖肥大患者为研究对象，根据手术方法不同分为对照组与观察组，各41例。对照组采用开放式鼻尖缝合术治疗，观察组采用鼻翼软骨移植治疗，比较两组鼻部塑形效果、鼻部生理功能、并发症发生情况及整形满意度。结果 观察组鼻长度、鼻尖高度、鼻尖两顶尖距离优于对照组(P<0.05)；两组术后鼻腔纤毛运动速率、鼻腔阻力比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为4.88%，低于对照组的19.51%(P<0.05)；观察组整形满意度为92.68%，高于对照组的75.61%(P<0.05)。结论 鼻翼软骨移植术应用于鼻尖肥大患者中的效果理想，能提高患者整形满意度，且不影响患者鼻部生理功能，安全性良好，值得临床应用。
