[摘 要]目的 研究青少年正畸上颌切牙不同内收方式对牙槽骨形态变化的锥形束CT(CBCT)。方法 选取2023年1月-12月梅州市立杨口腔医院收治的60例颌骨前突畸形青少年患者(120颗上颌切牙患牙)为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例，患牙均60颗。对照组实施倾斜内收，观察组实施控根内收，比较两组牙齿内收情况及牙槽骨改建指标。结果 两组RA-VD值比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组IE-VD、LAI/PP值均高于对照组(P<0.05)；两组P1值比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组L1、L2、L3及VP值均低于对照组，P2、P3、T1、T2、T3及VL值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 青少年正畸治疗中倾斜性内收可能限制局部牙槽骨改建，而控根性内收则表现为牙槽骨改建滞后于牙齿移动，但需避免过度内收以保护牙周组织。
