[摘 要]目的 研究Surfill树脂与常规树脂修复前牙缺损的临床效果。方法 选取2022年3月-2023年12月我院收治的105例前牙缺损修复患者，根据修复材料分为观察组(54例)和对照组(51例)。观察组采用Surfill树脂修复，对照组采用常规Neofil树脂修复，比较两组修复效果、美观性、不良反应和满意度。结果 观察组修复优良率为94.44%，高于对照组的80.39%(P<0.05)；观察组前牙美观评分为(0.65±0.17)分，低于对照组的(0.86±0.21)分(P<0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率为7.41%，低于对照组的21.57%(P<0.05)；观察组满意度为94.44%，高于对照组的78.43%(P<0.05)。结论 使用Surfill树脂材料修复前牙缺损，具有较理想的效果和美观性，且不良反应少，患者认可度高。
