[摘 要]目的 比较烤瓷贴面和全瓷冠在前牙美容修复中的应用价值。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年12月在我院进行前牙美容修复治疗的92例患者为研究对象，根据修复方法不同分为对照组和观察组，每组46例。对照组采取全瓷冠进行前牙美容修复，观察组采取烤瓷贴面进行前牙美容修复，比较两组修复效果、美学效果及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组美容修复优良率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组修复后外形美观、修复体色泽评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为6.52%，低于对照组的19.57%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 烤瓷贴面在前牙美容修复中的应用较全瓷冠有一定的优势，不仅能够提升前牙的美容修复效果，且能够获得更好的美学效果，降低并发症发生几率。
