[摘 要]目的 探究在面部软组织损伤患者整形修复中开展个性化护理沟通模式联合心理干预的效果。方法 选取2022年10月-2023年10月我院收治的80例面部软组织损伤患者为研究对象，随机分为参照组和试验组，每组40例。参照组实施常规护理干预，试验组在参照组基础上实施心理干预联合个性化护理沟通模式，比较两组负面情绪、生活质量、面部改善情况、创伤后成长状况及护理满意度。结果 试验组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分均低于参照组(P<0.05)；试验组护理后SF-36评分高于参照组(P<0.05)；试验组护理后面部改善情况评分高于参照组(P<0.05)；试验组护理后创伤后成长状况各维度评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)；试验组护理满意度为97.50%，高于参照组的82.50%(P<0.05)。结论 面部软组织损伤患者在整形修复中开展心理干预与个性化护理沟通模式能有效缓解负面情绪，改善患者的面部情况及生活质量，促进创伤后成长，有利于提升护理满意度。
