[摘 要] 上颌弓缩窄是在正畸患者中常见的上颌横向发育不足的错合畸形，对于上颌缩窄的儿童及青少年，早期上颌扩弓手术辅助的上颌快速扩弓是治疗上颌横向发育不足的首选治疗方法。对于上颌横向发育不足的患者而言，对其找准腭中缝成熟阶段的最佳时期是上颌横向扩弓治疗成功的决定因素。目前，临床上评估腭中缝状态的方法很多，本文通过回顾现有文献中对腭中缝状态评估所采用的方法，为正畸医师的临床决策提供参考。

    Research Status of Median Palatine Suture Evaluation Methods in Oral Field

    [Abstract] Maxillary arch constriction is a common malocclusion of maxillary transverse hypoplasia in orthodontic patients. For children and adolescents with maxillary constriction， early maxillary expansion assisted rapid maxillary expansion is the first choice for the treatment of maxillary transverse hypoplasia. For patients with maxillary transverse deficiency， the best time to find the mature stage of median palatine suture is the decisive factor for the success of maxillary expansion. At present， there are many methods to evaluate the state of median palatine suture in clinic.
