[摘 要] 口腔正畸治疗是纠正错颌畸形的重要方法，在进行正畸治疗过程需要进行合理的影像评估，而传统评估方式并不能满足临床需求。锥形束CT(CBCT)作为新型的影像检查技术手段，这些年广泛应用于口腔正畸领域的研究中，其优势包括扫描层薄、成像精确、辐射剂量低以及操作简单等。本文就CBCT在口腔正畸领域的应用研究进行论述，先简要概述CBCT工作原理以及作用优势，之后具体探讨CBCT在口腔正畸领域的应用，以期为口腔正畸治疗提供一定参考。
