[摘 要]目的 比较氧化锆全瓷冠与纯钛烤瓷全冠在修复牙列缺损患者中的美学效果及对语言能力的影响。方法 选取2021年12月-2023年12月沂南县青驼中心卫生院口腔科接诊的80例牙列缺损患者，通过随机数字表法分为纯钛烤瓷全冠组、氧化锆全瓷冠组，每组40例。纯钛烤瓷全冠组接受纯钛烤瓷全冠修复，氧化锆全瓷冠组接受氧化锆全瓷冠修复，比较两组修复效果、舒适度、语言能力、咀嚼力度以及美观度。结果 氧化锆全瓷冠组修复优良率为90.00%，高于纯钛烤瓷全冠组的75.00%(P<0.05)；氧化锆全瓷冠组舒适度、语言能力、咀嚼力度和美观度评分均优于纯钛烤瓷全冠组(P<0.05)。结论 氧化锆全瓷冠修复能提升修复效果，增强牙列缺损患者的咀嚼功能，改善舒适度、语言能力、咀嚼力度及美观度，对牙周疾病的防治效果较好。
