[摘 要]目的 分析牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者应用正畸联合修复治疗的美学效果。方法 选择2022年1月-2024年1月潮阳创胜口腔门诊部收诊的60例牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者，随机分为试验组(n=30)和参考组(n=30)。参考组行修复治疗，试验组行正畸联合修复治疗，比较两组美学效果、牙齿功能及满意度。结果 试验组牙齿整齐排列、前牙覆盖、后牙咬合占比高于参考组(P<0.05)；试验组治疗后牙齿功能评分(语言功能、咀嚼功能、吞咽功能)高于参考组(P<0.05)；试验组满意率为96.67%，高于参考组的66.67%(P<0.05)。结论正畸联合修复治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者可提高美观度，改善牙齿功能，且患者满意度较高。
